Sedum Jelly Bean

The Sedum Jelly Bean is a charming and colorful succulent that adds a playful touch to any collection. Known for its fleshy, bean-shaped leaves that resemble jelly beans, this vibrant plant creates a fun and lively atmosphere with its bright green to red hues. Its low-maintenance nature and compact size make it an excellent choice for beginners and experienced plant lovers alike.

Features:
🍬 Colorful Leaves: The leaves are plump, smooth, and shaped like jelly beans, transitioning from green to bright red when exposed to full sun.
🍬 Compact Growth: This succulent grows in a dense, bushy form, making it perfect for small containers, windowsills, or succulent arrangements.
🍬 Easy Care: A hardy plant that is drought-tolerant and requires minimal attention, making it ideal for busy individuals.
🍬 Unique Texture: The smooth, round leaves give the plant a distinct, playful look that adds texture and interest to any plant display.

Care Tips:

  • Place in bright, indirect sunlight or full sun to encourage the vibrant color changes. Direct sunlight helps bring out the red hues.
  • Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot.
  • Use well-draining soil and a pot with drainage holes to ensure proper drainage.
  • Protect from frost and cold temperatures, as Sedum Jelly Bean thrives best in warm, dry conditions.

The Sedum Jelly Bean is a fun and easy-to-care-for succulent that brings both color and texture to your home or garden. With its playful appearance and minimal care requirements, it’s a great addition to any succulent collection. Add this joyful plant to your space today and enjoy its beauty year-round!

Succulent Care Guide from Ramsey Succulents

1. Light:

Succulents thrive in bright, indirect light. Aim for 6 hours of sunlight daily. If growing indoors, a south-facing window works best. Rotate regularly to ensure even growth.

2. Water:

Water sparingly—typically every 2-4 weeks. Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Overwatering is the most common cause of issues, so when in doubt, water less!

3. Soil:

Plant succulents in well-draining soil. If repotting, use cactus or succulent mix to prevent root rot.

4. Temperature:

Succulents prefer 60-80°F (15-27°C). Avoid extreme cold, as most are sensitive to frost.

5. Pot:

Make sure the pot has drainage holes. Good drainage is essential to avoid water accumulation.
