How can succulent plants be shipped without dying?

Succulent plants can be shipped without dying by avoiding giving them water before shipment. We make sure to not water our succulents before we package and ship them. Succulent do not need much water, they can go about 2 weeks in a package before needing any water. This is why shipping succulents is very easy and a common thing to do. They are also a very hardy plant, they won't suffocate during shipping. Also shipping takes only 1-4 days so it's not a long travel!

Is ordering in the winter ok? Will the succulents freeze and die?

Yes, ordering in the winter is 100% safe and very common. Our succulents are packaged with crinkle paper, which helps keep them very warm. We have rarely any issues with delivering healthy succulents in cold weather/winter. Packages also stay in warehouses and not cold trucks outside during transit. The only issues that occur is when customers leave their package outside for more than 8+ hours after delivery.
