I received my succulents from California to Rhode Island unscathed. It is winter and has been very cold teens to 40 degrees daily. They were packed so safely nothing was broken or dead all healthy upon receipt. The instructions inside were very helpful in what to do next. I also ourchased the soil to plant them. They came packed perfectly! …obviously “This Side Up”, with arrows, means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the ‘people’ used to ship, because they were laying on my porch UPSIDE DOWN!!! …BUT… no fears, not one damaged succulent …they were packed that good. They appeared to be a bit dry, but after unpacking them and setting them in a small cookie sheet filled with water, they sucked that up really quickly, they ALL now looking AMAZING!!! Very Healthy Plants!!!
